Kevin’s career has spanned over 25 years of extensive, collective real estate experience. He joined Keller Williams Realty in Portland in 2017.

Kevin is involved in all sectors including industrial, retail, office, land, and income/investment. Kevin has successfully marketed and sold hundreds of multi-family investment properties and assisted and consulted on a number of major commercial development projects throughout Maine.

Licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire, Kevin has extensive knowledge of Central Maine and has completed transactions from Bangor, ME to Seabrook, NH. Kevin holds the Distinguished CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is known for his savvy business acumen, negotiation strategies, and using his high level knowledge from his own investing and experiences.

Kevin recently accepted an appointment to the National Association of Realtors®’ Commercial Committee for the third straight year. This committee works to identify, review, analyze and recommend policies addressing commercial real estate industry issues and trends.

Kevin’s role on the committee will help bring value and benefit to the association’s 1.2 million members, the nation’s 75 million real property owners and the individuals striving to achieve homeownership,” said 2017 NAR President Bill Brown of Oakland, California, who made the appointment. “I know Kevin cares deeply about our profession, industry and the clients we serve and will help guide us forward; I am proud to have him serve.”

Kevin resides in Auburn with his wife Tonya, and he actively gives back to the community he is so passionate about.
